The design of internal spaces is key to the success of human interaction within a building. Aspects such as acoustics, planting/biophilic design, sustainability and wellness all need to be considered in interior design - as well as making an appropriate statement communicating the ethos of the client.
We can undertake space planning and floorplate testing to remodel and maximise the use of existing space or to plan new commercial space prior to purchase. With a strong understanding of BCO guidance we can work alongside tenants to demonstrate that a potential business is perfectly suited to the building being considered.
As well as the concept design of interior spaces we are also able to provide technical and construction information to enable the fit out of spaces by a contractor. Working with partners we can also help co-ordinate loose furniture and other client supply items into the design.
Often when businesses are looking to grow, they may need to consider what their space requirements are. We are able to help by looking at new ways of working to maximise use of space, by considering flexibility of new technologies, helping to improve efficiency and attract and retain the best staff.
We can analyse and review existing spaces to see how occupiers can maximise their use of space. This can be consolidation of floors and re-stacking; looking at extending the life of existing fit outs; assisting with relocations and dilapidations as well as designing for a sustainable future.
