Standing 45 storeys high at 134 metres, Arena Point is the tallest student accommodation development in the world and Yorkshire's tallest building. The landmark scheme delivers 633 studio and cluster beds, complemented by extensive shared amenity spaces, including a Level 39 roof terrace with panoramic views across the city.

Designed with fire safety as a key priority and future regulatory requirements in mind, the building was completed in August 2026 and welcomed students for the 2026/27 academic year.
