Westbank Master Plan Taken to Market

Cunniff Design are very excited to share our design proposals for the Westbank development site at the heart of Leeds South Bank regeneration area. Working with a great team at CBRE on behalf of Lloyds Banking Group, and in close collaboration with Leeds City Council, we have prepared detailed briefing information to demonstrate the site’s potential for a high quality mixed use urban development.

Our proposals focus on creating a sustainable neighbourhood of residential, workplace, hotel and ancillary uses set in a landscaped, pedestrian-centred environment. The scheme provides a transition in scale between historic Holbeck to the West, including Grade I listed Temple Works, and Bridgewater Place to the East, with future development around Leeds Integrated Station due in the coming years.
