Topping Out at Symons House

Standing at 22 storeys high, Symons House is now well and truly established on the Leeds skyline. This week saw the concrete frame at Symons House reach the roof slab with 22 storeys complete.

The crane will be dismantled in two weeks time allowing for mast-climbers to complete the cladding work over the summer. It’s a great milestone in the life of this fantastic project which is due for completion in December 2019.

Symons House is a 355 bed student accommodation building for London & Scottish Student Housing. Comprising a mixture of studios and clusters as well as a generous ground floor amenity space.

Cunniff Design were appointed in 2016 to provide full architectural services to LSSH, achieving planning consent in December 2017.
