Planning approved for The Tower

Cunniff Design is pleased to see planning approval granted for The Tower, a landmark purpose-built student accommodation development at Joseph’s Well, Leeds, collaborating with Pullans.

The 14-storey scheme will deliver 256 student bedrooms through a mix of studios and cluster apartments, alongside a range of thoughtfully designed communal spaces that promote wellbeing, collaboration and community.

Cunniff Design is proud to be part of the consultant team supporting the delivery of the scheme, working alongside McLaren Construction Group Yorkshire and North East, Futureserv Consulting Engineers, Orion Fire Engineering, Roscoe, and Richard Boothroyd & Associates Ltd.

The project represents a significant milestone in the ongoing evolution of the Joseph’s Well estate and marks the most substantial transformation of the site in more than four decades.
