Avenue HQs headquarters at Mann Island in Liverpool now has the added benefit of a ‘Social’ bar and café, which has become a staple element of all of AHQ’s sites.
Having delivered East Parade Social as part of the Leeds development, Cunniff Design were asked to provide layout and technical design for the fit out of a vacant unit next door to AHQs existing workspace hub.
The two units are now interlinked giving a new active use to Mann Island as well as a great facility for the existing occupiers of the building.
