Gateway 2 Submission Achieved for Joseph’s Well Tower Development

On behalf of Pullans and McLaren Construction Group, we're pleased to have submitted Gateway 2 proposals for The Tower at Joseph's Well in Leeds.

Cunniff Design acted as architect, lead designer, Building Regulations Principal Designer and CDM Principal Designer on the scheme.

Working with an expert consultant and subcontractor team, we helped to ensure the design proposals were:

✅ Developed to a high level of detail
✅ Fully co-ordinated
✅ Communicated clearly to the Building Safety Regulator

The 256-bed student accommodation building will help to diversify the range of uses across the Joseph's Well site, which is already a thriving business hub in the city centre.
