Avenue HQ Modifications

Since lockdown, businesses have been re-evaluating what they need from their office space and Avenue HQ, with whom Cunniff Design have worked on fitting out over 70,000sqft of space on previous projects, are at the forefront of these new ways of working. We have recently helped them adapt two of their sites – at East Parade in Leeds and Mann Island in Liverpool – to make the spaces more adaptable to social distancing and separation that Covid-19 is requiring of shared spaces. Avenue HQs success in combining this with vibrant, creative space is obviously working as al of their sites are now full and further projects are in the pipeline.
