Cunniff Design have worked closely with IIB Developments on the site in Apperley Bridge to design a residential scheme comprising 23 exclusive bespoke high-quality dwellings with associated private amenity and public open space served by a new access road. Respecting the existing features of the site - include mature trees and the Leeds-Liverpool Canal - has been a major consideration of the layout to provide a development that contributes and enhances this picturesque location.
