Cunniff were appointed to design a new building to complement the existing campus at Joseph’s Well, which comprises the large brick warehouse from the heyday of John Barran’s clothing factory and the more modern 2 Park Lane offices.

The new building is to provide 240 PBSA beds as well as generous amenity space and new planting and external spaces to provide place-making for the new building and enhanced ecology and external amenity for the residents.
