Cirrus Point

Leeds

Completed: January, 1970

Service: Architecture

Sector: Student Living

Client: Olympian / RG Group

Size: 633 PBSA Beds

At 45 storeys and 134 metres tall, Cirrus Point will be the tallest student accommodation scheme in the world, as well as the highest building in the city.

The scheme will deliver 633 cluster and studio beds supported by generous shared amenity space, including a roof terrace at Level 39 offering panoramic views over the city and beyond. Technically designed with regard to the current and expected second staircase requirements announced by the Government in July, the building has fire safety at the heart of its design development. The building is currently on site and is due to complete in time for the 2026 academic intake.
