Cunniff Design were appointed by Priority Space to masterplan and deliver a mixture of small industrial units ranging from 1000-2000sqft on the site in Darlington. The development is intended to provide a flexible range of unit sizes which can be adapted with mezzanines as required to appeal to a broad range of business, for distribution, point of sale or manufacture.
