Cunniff Design worked with S Harrison to produce a development bid for the remaining site at Sovereign Square in Leeds, which was being offered by Leeds City Council.
The aspiration from Leeds was to propose a building of height with a mixture of uses. We developed several options containing residential, hotel and apart-hotel uses, as well as ground floor leisure units.
