Consent for Camblesforth

Unanimous approval for 9 houses.

We are delighted to receive Full Planning Consent for a residential scheme in Camblesforth, North Yorkshire.

The scheme, located on a 1-acre site, encompasses 9 high quality, two-storey dwellings. This comprises 3 detached and 6 semi-detached houses, each with a generous amount of private amenity space, as well as green landscape to the south of the site, creating an attractive environment.

The houses are designed in keeping with the local area, with brickwork and stone detailing to further enhance the overall appearance. This has already been applauded by the Planning Officer, who welcomed and complimented the housing design. 

Working on behalf of Willow Developments, Cunniff Design will adopt the role of lead consultant, providing technical working drawing packages to enable the construction phase of the scheme.
